Credit Card Application Fraud
Worried that you may have exaggerated just a "little" bit when you state your household income on a credit card application? Theoritically the credit card company could come after you for falsifying information but this is pretty doubtful unless the charges on the card are huge. Even then, they would most likely only come after you if the charges were recent and come after you for this and not for the falsified information on the application. In either case, this would rarely meet the threshold of actual bankruptcy fraud.
